What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2021?
Rosewood National started in 2020 closing out the year with $400 million in sales. We expanded our company and targeted markets and in 2021, we are closing out the year with $1.4 billion in sales. One of my most notable sales of the year was a $230 million two property portfolio in Louisville Kentucky. A second notable sale was a new construction property in N.C. On that deal we represented Goldman Sachs which was very exciting for us. Finally, we closed over $100 million deal off market for AvalonBay Communities. It has been a very exciting year for us. Our goal in 2022 is to continue hiring young hungry individuals and turn them into superstars. With that in mind we are hoping to exceed $3 billion in sales in 2022.
