Manhattan, NY While construction has unfortunately come to a halt in New York, firms are still working through the design phase on their current and upcoming projects. Architecture firm, Marin Architects, has revealed a newly renovation design for 108 Delancey St.
The team revealed their plans for the 14,000 s/f space, an in-progress, mixed-use building in the Lower East Side neighborhood adjacent to Essex Crossing. Tapped to oversee major alterations that include additional floors and the installation of a new, modern façade, Marin Architects’ avant-garde, compact design honors the eclectic history of the Lower East Side while still remaining contemporary and grounded and will blend in seamlessly in one of New York’s most coveted neighborhoods.
