What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
Representing the Family YMCA at Tarrytown to sell its historic Main St property and relocate their operations to a new location has been an extremely rewarding project I’ve worked on since 2017 with my RMF colleague John Barrett. After advising the Y for almost two years we listed the property in July 2019, completed over 30 tours within three weeks, received 16 offers from 14 different organizations, and had the property under contract within 60 days of bringing it to market. 

What conferences, books, blogs, podcasts, or influencers would you recommend to women? 
I highly recommend following Beth Azor on social media; her books and videos are excellent resources for everyone in CRE, not just women. I would also recommend The Pipeline networking group to fellow retail real estate professionals. Founded as a result of the Women’s SIG at the 2016 ICSC PA/NJ/DE Conference, The Pipeline has grown to over 180+ women and organizes monthly networking and educational events.
