What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
Commercial markets are strong nationwide and wage growth has outpaced inflation. There is no imminent recession. U.S. Mexico trade deal and China deals look like they will happen. Multifamily market and light industrial is red hot on Long Island and should remain good throughout 2020.
