What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
In 2019, I was designated as a member of The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). Those designated a CRE are prominent real estate practitioners recognized for their expertise, experience, and ethics in providing advice that influences real estate decisions. In total, there are 1,000 CREs whom share the designation throughout the country. 

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
The market will maintain the status quo due to the upcoming presidential election. Although there is uncertainty surrounding trade negotiations, I predict continued job growth and historically low interest rates to remain consistent with prior years. 

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2019?
I was deposed on two major RE valuation litigation support matters this year. One matter dealt with rebutting diminution in value claims as it relates to private residence clubs/timeshare properties in Aspen. Additionally, I worked on a matter where I was tasked with providing a value opinion and calculating the equity interests of a major multifamily portfolio located throughout the State of Texas.
