Working with a client developing two sites in the Bronx that will be entered into the NYC brownfields program in which remediation will be conducted during the excavation and new construction phase. 

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
More and more industrial sites in the outer boroughs of Manhattan will become desirable for redevelopment. Opportunity Zone sites and other government incentives will encourage this investment.
