What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019? 
2019 was an awesome year! I’m most proud of the introduction of our TygaTrax fob paired with pre-encoded RFID labels for asset management and inventorying. This innovation automates the data collection process and eliminates data entry errors and labor costs associated with manual collection of data from the field 

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
Climate change will continue to impact site-selection, portfolio management and power agreements. Also, related to power agreements, I believe that energy storage and its ability to reduce energy costs and decentralize access simultaneously will become more relevant in strategic planning and site-selection processes. 

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2019?
Our most notable project for 2019 was to win the USDA order for TygaBox. We now get to count them amongst our largest new customers.
