M.C. O’Brien had its most successful year in 2019. My partner Davon Peters and I closed 30 transactions, totaling approximately 180,000 s/f. 

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2019?
The 45,000 s/f lease to Ascend Public Charter School at 123 Linden Blvd., in Brooklyn. That transaction took a long time.

What are your predictions  for commercial real estate in 2020?
Transaction volume will be down but we will continue to have a significant presence in the Brooklyn and Queens Marketplace.
