Hackensack, NJ O&S Associates has added Jessica Vail, director of marketing and business development, to corporate headquarters. Vail brings a decade of experience in business development, marketing and corporate communications within the construction and engineering industry. She is also an active member of national networking organizations such as Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Vail will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing marketing and sales strategies for all seven regional offices with a strong focus on commercial and residential real estate.
