“Becoming” by Michelle Obama was an excellent book. I would recommend it to women because the book addresses the unique experiences that women encounter throughout life. 

How do you hold your own in a negotiation?
I have control over the necessary facts, in depth study and argument that need to be made. I also make sure I have a good understanding of who is sitting across the table from me.
