New York, NY According to LERA Consulting Structural Engineers, Richard Garlock has been named a partner of the firm. With the firm since 1994, he currently leads many of LERA’s residential, mixed-use and office developments in the northeast and internationally and has been responsible for significant firm growth within that market sector. His active projects include residential towers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Jersey City and Philadelphia. 

He also has active lab and office projects throughout the region and is designing numerous supertall buildings in Malaysia. He served as project director for the structural design of 4 World Trade Center, which was the first building to open on the original WTC site.
