What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?

I’m continuing to work on Essex Crossing in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, an almost 2 million s/f project that will include 1,000 new residences — more than half of which are affordable — along with retail and office space. Set to be completed in 2024, Essex Crossing will also be the new home of The International Center of Photography.
