What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?

We insured several transactions exceeding $100 million in 2018, but most noteworthy was probably issuing the title policy for the Atlantis Resort in Bahamas for $1.8 billion. This transaction demonstrated our financial strength and was the culmination of our commercial transaction success after entering the market three years ago.
