What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? 

Spearheading Townhouse Management’s efforts to redevelop and develop over one million s/f of mixed-use properties in downtown Memphis, Tenn. I also helped the company get through the death of my father-in-law, Townhouse chairman Richard Maidman, who passed away in December of 2016. It was a difficult year for all of us but with our capable team in control, the company continues to build on the success of Richard’s caring and effective leadership.

If you have had a mentor in your career, who was it and what did they teach you

My husband, Mitchel Maidman, taught me how important it is to “look at all the pieces of a deal” that will make it become a success. Mitchel also taught me how to appreciate specific talents of those on our Townhouse team.
