What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? 

Over the last couple of years, Clinton Management has been positioned by Jeff Levine through Douglaston Development to experience significant growth. In 2017, we brought on-line a luxury 40-story 554 unit project in Williamsburg Brooklyn as well as a 13-story 136 unit low-income affordable project in the Bronx. With continued growth brings the need for strong qualified staff–PM’s, RM’s and back office personnel–the challenge of hiring and retaining continues to be a concern and accomplishment. Additionally, at Clinton Management we upgraded our property management software to give us the best possible means of running our company; implemented a new resident portal for our affordable projects, giving our residents better access to management and an on-line maintenance program to enable us to run a more streamlined and efficient portfolio of projects.

What trends are you seeing so far this year in your field? 

The industry as a whole is moving further into automation. New online systems are in place security, packaging, resident notification, property maintenance and maintenance software

I volunteering my time and attention to worthy causes, Coalition for Domestic Violence, Eucharistic Minister for Archdiocese of Rockville Centre, Coaching and helping to create a life plan for those in need.
