What was your most notable project in 2017?

My most interesting recent project was the 13,500 s/f Latent Finger Print Laboratory in Yaphank for the Suffolk County Department of Public Works and Police Department. Thanks to a great collaborative relationship with clients, our team accomplished the schematic design in only two months. The project, currently in the approval phase, had to meet extremely stringent functional and budgetary parameters, despite the accelerated preliminary design schedule.
