Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why? 

Working out an extremely distressed development project required negotiating to the mat with many contractors. The unyielding support of my client despite the mud slung and lawsuits filed was crucial for me to make the best deals possible. The result is a very happy client at the end of this year, and of course their success is always mine.
