Expanded reach to 38 States, set up six regional operating centers and insured several deals in excess of $200 million. 

What was the best decision you made in 2017 and why?

Partnering with our sister companies at AmTrust to provide AmTrust Title Protection Plus in offering cyber, E&O and business insurance products to our customers, which lowered their costs and positively impacted our clients and customers’ ability to compete in the marketplace. 

Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?

All of our success is attributable to our team approach, from our chief underwriter to policy coordinators, AmTrust Title avoids bureaucracy by working together to advance our clients’ interests.   

What trends will impact your business in 2018?

Interest rates, government regulations, tax reform all play a role in our commercial oriented pipeline. From a $500 million office acquisition to a $10 million strip mall development, our business is driven by the overarching commercial real estate trends.
