What trends will impact your business in 2018? 

The proposed new tax cuts will positively impact our business as this will bring new capital investment in the real estate market by investors, developers and users. This in turn will lead to more purchase, development and refinance opportunities for our clients.     

What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017?

Representing the owners in connection with the $78 Million sale of a two building industrial complex known as the Ideal Business Center to an affiliate of Madison Realty Capital. The complex is located at 184-10 and 184-60 Jamaica Avenue in the Hollis neighborhood of Queens. The buildings used to house the Ideal Toy Company and are now homes to Gotham Greens, a rooftop greenhouse and other manufacturing firms, including French Connection and Hanky Panky.
