How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career? Commercial title insurance is a highly competitive industry that few women enter and find success in. Persistence in developing new relationships, and making sure to maintain established ones through the ups and downs of the business cycle, has enabled me to bring in a sizeable amount of business over the years. Consistency is so important to our clients. They want to know that you will be there whenever they need you. 

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career? I truly enjoy the social aspect of the business. The fact that I enjoy people makes networking business events easy for me. I also have leveraged my interest in golf to have chaired several golf outings and business outreaches that have greatly expanded my business development efforts.

What trends are you seeing so far this year? We have to always be aware of new laws and regulations in the industry and adapt to changes that arise. We also expect that the infusion of foreign investment will continue to drive real estate sales and development.

What do you do for fun? I enjoy golf, and spending time with family and friends.
