What trends are you seeing so far this year? I have been following the current convergence of market forces hitting all brick and mortar stores. There is such increased competition from on-line retailers combined with skyrocketing rents the news is always reporting in the trade publications. The trend I am seeing is the upswing in retail bankruptcy environment which is sad when your favorite store closes but good for my law firm as we have an enhanced bankruptcy/corporate restructuring practice. 

What do you do for fun? I am an avid runner and like to combine my love of running and raising funds for charities I support. Throughout the years I have raised money on running teams for Breast Cancer Awareness, Williams Syndrome and Autism Awareness.
