How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career? I find obstacles often lead to opportunities. The market for commercial real estate keeps evolving and we evolve with it. Having a strong foundation but adapting to changes has allowed me to best represent my clients.  

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career? I have always had a high energy level and positive personality.  I have applied this professionally by establishing strong relationships which allow me to move cases along more quickly and achieve successful results. 

What trends are you seeing so far this year? The retail market is struggling and we are seeing from the ownership side properties dealing with vacancies, tenant arrears and rent reductions. The demand for retail store fronts have declined and many tenants are relying on their online component rather than investing money in a brick and mortar. One of the great things about what we do is that we are able to provide our clients with much needed tax relief to help alleviate the stress of the market. 

What do you do for fun? Running outside along the Hudson river always makes me happy.
