How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career? The economy and the real estate industry run in cycles. It is normal to have high points and low points at your firm and in your career. It is so important to be involved in a wide network in order to expand your reach and opportunities during crucial times. My network is invaluable to me. Stay on top of the news and be prepared to offer information and opportunities to everyone. Being seen as a great resource is always an advantage.

What trends are you seeing so far this year? VR continues to be a huge growth sector–we launched a complete new service called LERA Immerse. Many of our developer and design clients are finding VR to be a great decision making tool. We are using VR for projects ranging from high rise residential towers to maximize the views all the way to siting a sculpture in a plaza. We have had many abstracts accepted for technology and related conferences and are thrilled to be on the leading edge of innovations during this amazing time.
