What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

The sale of 1200 & 1300 Veterans Memorial Highway in Hauppauge. Lease of 1021 Portion Road in Ronkonkoma which was 7,800 s/f The lease of 6,000 s/f of building space in Miller Place on Route 25A. Finally, lease of 18,000 s/f of space on Kroemer Ave. in Riverhead.

What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

Demands for investment properties especially retail and shopping centers.  In addition, high demand for apartment complexes which we were able to successfully close two transactions for.

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017? 

Our company has redone our website, making it more user friendly with higher quality graphic design. We are looking to also add experienced brokers to our team to help better assist our clients.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

Lower interest rates, lower taxes in Suffolk County over Nassau County, as indicated earlier high demand for income producing properties.
