What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

The successful funding of a $200 million mezzanine loan for the 701 Times Sq. project developed by The Witkoof Group was a notable achievement in 2016. The project will be a great success as it contains prime retail space in times square that has had a large portion of the space leased to the NFL and Hershey’s.

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017? 

We will be expanding into the India market as we grow our syndication platform globally, this will add a substantial amount of capital to our current portfolio>

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017? 

The positive impacts that President elect Trump will have on the EB 5 program will provide for a much enhanced program and will allow us to continue to create US jobs through the investment of capital by non US residents throughout the world.
