What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

My most notable transaction this year was the sale of a shopping center in Queens. The center is located at 7833-47 Springfield Blvd. and 22415-25 Union Tpke. The building consists of 22 stores, one office and private parking on premises. I was able to procure a buyer for this property the same day I received the rent roll. Moreover, the buyer signed a contract within a week of receiving the information. The property sold for $15.075 million or $527 per s/f.
