Managers can track current alert status on an ongoing basis to ensure that action has been taken. * One priority efficiency alert, long boiler run-time, is now automatically triggered when a building falls into the highest chosen percentile of all 3,000 buildings monitored by USE Manager - for example, the top 20% of longest running boilers. * The new USE Manager 5.1 also now fully integrates USE Verifier Digital Fuel Gauge Alerts. The Verifier double-checks to prevent "short" oil deliveries and provides low fuel warnings. The Verifier module also allows managers to track inventory, track daily fuel use, and compare fuel use to prior periods -- by degree-days, by units and by square footage.
