Q: The approximate year you discovered the NYREJ and what business you were in at the time: A: I have been reading the NYRE Journal since 2001, so 13 good years of reading the stories behind the stories. Q: Your most memorable "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ: A: When Berko & Associates opened its doors for business in 2005, we received recognition for our first sale. It was a 360,000 s/f, 22-story office building. That was the first time we saw Berko & Associates' name in print.
