Addressing ethical dilemmas commonly faced by today's real estate managers, this course teaches strategies for resolving ethical dilemmas and adherence to the IREM Code of Professional Ethics, culminating in an exam to earn IREM credentialing credit. Ethics for the Real Estate Manager (ETH800 will be held on Nov. 10 a the Knickerbocker Plaza, 51 Second Ave. (between 91st & 92nd Sts.) The tuition is $185 for members and $230 for non-members.
