HAP Investments LLC, a New York-based international real estate investment and development company, has promoted Ryan Hardy as vice president of design and construction. In his new position, Hardy will be involved with the selection of project managers for various developments as well as overseeing them. Prior to being promoted, Hardy was a project manager at HAP Investments, overseeing the design and construction of their residential projects. He was working on HAP One (419 E 117th St.), HAP Two (2338 2nd Ave.) and HAP Six (1655 Madison Ave.) With over 10 years of professional experience spanning the architecture, construction and project management fields, he is well versed in the development process from inception to close-out. Prior to joining HAP Investments, Hardy was a project manager for the United States General Service Administration where he managed all development professionals including: architects, construction managers and general contractors on numerous federal construction projects. Hardy holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University and a Master's of Science in Real Estate from University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed architect and a LEED Accredited Professional.
