BOMA New York starts off the month of April on a victorious note as three of its 2013-2014 Pinnacle Award winners accept TOBY Awards April 1st in Boston for moving forward from the local New York round of competition and winning in their respective categories Middle Atlantic Conference Regional The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) competition.
The winners, who automatically go on to compete at the International Level are: The Hearst Tower (Earth Award), 110 East 42nd St. (Operating Office Building 100,000-249,999 s/f) and 1633 Broadway (Operating Office Building over 1 million s/f).
