BOMA/NY welcomed its new-elected officers and board members at the January board meeting presided over by president Thomas Hill, RPA. Joining him in the leadership of BOMA/NY are: vice president James Kleeman, RPA, of The Port Authority of NY & NJ; secretary Hani Salama, PE, LEED AP of Monday Properties; and treasurer Ronald Zeccardi of The Moinian Group, who will serve for a term of a year with the option to continue for a second term through the end of 2015. Five new directors also joined the board as of January 2014 and were sworn in with the officers at the December BOMA/NY Holiday Luncheon. Most directors serve for a three-year term and assist the officers in overseeing the general direction, control and management of BOMA/NY, as well as working in the interest of the membership.
