The greater New York chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM) will honor the "best of the industry" at their Annual Awards Dinner on Thursday, January 23rd.
The event will be held at Water's Edge, The East River at 44Âth Dr. in Long Island City.
Cocktails will begin at 6:30 p.m.
and dinner will start at 7:30 p.m.
The event will be sponsored by Durnan Group Managers, MacInnis Ward & Associates, Inc., and Rosenwach Tank Co., LLC.
Honorees include:
* Industry Partner of the Year: Richard Silver, president of American Pipe & Tank Co., Inc.
* Accredited Resident Manager of the Year: Timothy Stapleton, APM, of NAI Long Island.
* Real Estate Person of the Year: Jodi Pulice, founder and president of JRT Realty Group.
* Certified Property Manager of the Year: Gail Duke, CPM, first vice president of New York Life Investment Management.
