According to Butler Rogers Baskett Architects (BRB), founding partner James Rogers III, FAIA, has been named to the board of trustees of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
Rogers leads BRB's office in South Norwalk, Conn. where he specializes in the master planning and design of educational facilities at all levels, as well as sports and recreational facilities, private clubs and other institutional projects. Rogers is a frequent speaker at educational conferences and has served for many years as a trustee of Phillips Exeter Academy, most recently as president.
"I am very honored to serve on the prestigious NAIS board of trustees," says Rogers, "and I look forward to addressing the many challenges and opportunities our independent schools face on a national level."
