Kimco Realty Corp. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in New Hyde Park, N.Y., that owns and operates one of North America's largest portfolios of neighborhood and community shopping centers. As of September 30, the company owned interests in 922 shopping centers comprising 135 million s/f of leasable space across 44 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and South America. My current responsibilities are mainly focused around overseeing the leasing and operations of Kimco's Northeast Region, which encompasses 13.6 million s/f over 115 different assets. Hobbies: I am lucky to be a handy person so I enjoy building things with my hands and tinkering with things around the house. I always seem to be doing something...
