According to Skanska USA, its commercial development unit, which is pursuing commercial development initiatives in Washington D.C., Boston, Houston and Seattle, has hired Catherine Dannenbring as a development manager in its New York office. In her new role at Skanska, Dannenbring will utilize her years of industry experience and expertise working as a real estate professional on urban, mixed-use development projects in the Northeast. Dannenbring will fulfill a variety of duties, which include supporting the expansion of the firm's Commercial Development unit into new markets, pursuing higher education, institutional and municipal clients for public private partnerships and build-to-suit opportunities and developing sustainability strategies for commercial development.
