Set back from the street to allow for planted green space, the complex projects an updated, modern look, featuring prominent, black metal spandrels incorporated on a brick exterior with oversized, metal-trimmed windows. Residences have well-designed, spacious layouts. Its name reflects the neighborhood's industrial roots, along with Long Island City's reputation as a center for the film and television production industry, commonly known as "The Industry." Silvercup Studios is situated in Long Island City.
