Jacky Teplitzky, a managing director at Prudential Douglas Elliman and one of New York City's elite residential real estate brokers, was the keynote speaker for the Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management's (IREM) May luncheon. The luncheon took place at The New York Helmsley Hotel at 212 East 42nd St.
Teplitzky, who is also the leader of her eponymously-named team, emphasized the common concerns shared by the broker community and property managers. "My goal is to help improve the lines of communications," she says. "In the end, we are all on the same team, working for the same purpose: successful transactions in selling and renting properties throughout the city."
IREM Chapter president Diana Bosnjak said, "We thoroughly enjoyed Jacky's presentation. Her reputation for delivering timely and informative presentations is well-known throughout the industry. Our guests learned a great deal from her keynote."
