The CPEX retail leasing team of Ryan Condren and Eric Altschul has arranged a lease for "FasTracKids," an international innovator in early childhood development. CPEX represented the landlord, while the tenant was represented by Josh Gunsberger at JG Realty Associates. FasTracKids leased a 1,500 s/f space at 150 4th Ave. in Park Slope. The space is located at the base of a new residential building. "Eric and Ryan are on a Fast Track of their own" said Timothy King, managing partner of CPEX. They have averaged a lease signing in each and every month for the last two and a half years.
