Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged the sale of a 135,000 s/f mixed-use complex at 118 North 11th St. in the Williamsburg section for $16.425 million, according to Neil Dolgin, co-president of the firm.
KDA represented the seller, 110 North 11th Street Association LP, while Christine Blackburn of the Corcoran Group represented the buyer, North 11th Associates.
The multi-story, mixed-use building is comprised of five interconnected buildings which run the length of Berry St. between North 10th and North 11th Sts. A portion of the building is landmark designated, and houses such tenants as the Brooklyn Brewery.
"The continued strength of the Williamsburg area and the strong tenant mix resulted in very strong interest in this property," said Dolgin. "KDA continues to work closely with the purchaser in pursuing future assets and opportunities for development in the area."
118 North 11th St. offers an excellent location near the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and is a few short blocks from the L and G subway lines.
