Efrati of Entrepreneur Properties completes $1.38 million sale

Entrepreneur Properties has sold 130 Nassau Ave. for $1.38 million. This mixed- use building is located in the Greenpoint neighborhood and includes four apartments and one store. Moreover, the buyer has the option to erect an additional floor due to 2,500 s/f of additional air rights. Due to the minimal expenses and upside, this investment was a "no brainer" to the buyer who owns other buildings in the vicinity. Entrepreneur Properties president Ami Efrati represented both parties.
