Korren of Swig Equities handles lease extension for Lambert Development

According to Swig Equities, it has completed the following lease extension: Lambert Development, LLC has renewed its lease at 5 Hanover Sq. Lambert Development, LLC is a privately-owned, full service real estate development, management, and consulting company with offices in New York City and Los Angeles. Lambert Development is renewing its lease for an additional six-year term. Todd Korren, executive vice president, director of leasing at Swig Equities represented the landlord.
