Lambert Development, LLC is a privately-owned, full service real estate development, management, and consulting company with offices in New York City and Los Angeles. Lambert Development is renewing its lease for an additional six-year term. Todd Korren, executive vice president, director of leasing at Swig Equities represented the landlord.
