Primack of Leonard Primack Associates discusses the impact of being an LICN board member

How has being a board member impacted you or your business? I find the LICN to be an enjoyable place to belong to and an organization where many friendships are formed. I have been a member for over five years and I am now a member of the board of directors. I belong to a number of organizations but this one is special. Naturally, networking is essential in the real estate field and here is an organization that makes networking pleasurable. Everyone there is most anxious to meet and deal with colleagues in the field. The LICN encourages this and promotes networking. Meetings take place once a month and all members bring their "haves and wants" to the breakfast meeting. Everyone has an opportunity to make a presentation and there is ample time after the meetings to discuss their deals with interested parties. If you wish to network, meet new people and do deals, I recommend the LICN above most other organizations. It is specialized to your needs. Leonard Primack is the president of Leonard Primack Associates, Ltd., Commack, N.Y.
