Price of Winoker Realty negotiates 10,965 s/f in leases

Winoker Realty Co. brokered several deals totaling 10,965 s/f on 850 Seventh Ave. Asking rents at the building range from $39 to $44 per s/f and the new leases are for periods ranging from three to five years. Senior managing director Richard Price of Winoker Realty negotiated the six new leases and an expansion and a relocation, on behalf of the building's owner, Texwood Investment, Inc. O Park/T Park Central leased 2,935 s/f. Upper II Records leased 2,200 s/f. Astic Productions relocated to the building's penthouse and signed a 1,900 s/f lease. Kagoon Research signed up for 1,130 s/f. Big Chief, Inc. took 1,100 s/f. Park Firm, LLC, renewed and expanded to 585 s/f. Theatrical Index, Inc. leased 585 s/f, and Bridgehampton Chamber Music leased 520 s/f.
