Preuss of Massey Knakal handles $2.75 million sale of 10,000 s/f property

A commercial building at 164-14 Cross Bay Blvd., located between 164th and 165th Aves. in Howard Beach was sold in an all-cash deal valued at $2.75 million. The two-story property is 10,000 s/f and sits on a 140' x 95' lot. The building is split between two floors with two adjoining parking lots. It benefits from 140 ft. of frontage on Cross Bay Blvd. and its close proximity to national tenants and long standing local businesses. "We were able to find the perfect buyer for this asset who will greatly benefit from the prime exposure and frontage on Cross Bay Blvd.," said Massey Knakal director of sales Stephen Preuss who exclusively handled this transaction.
