A newly constructed pre-school and day care center at 149-34 35th Ave., located between 149th Place and 150th St. in Flushing, was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $3.15 million
The three-story property is 9,000 s/f and sits on a 60' x 100' lot. The building is currently configured with 12 classrooms for children ages 2-6 with a capacity for 181 children. There are also two offices and a playground on the roof.
