
Manhattan, NY Tishman Speyer said that Pret A Manger (Pret), a grab-and-go coffee and sandwich shop, has opened Under 30 Rock at Rockefeller Center. The 10-year lease is for 1,700 s/f at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, Rink Level.
Since first opening in London in 1986, Pret’s mission has been simple: to serve freshly made food and good, organic coffee, while also trying to do the right thing. Pret’s coffee is always organic and 100% Arabica, and the food is freshly made throughout the day. Visitors can pop into Pret to enjoy a fresh selection of breakfast, pastries, sandwiches, baguettes, soups, salads, and more. For opening week (February 24 – February 27, 2026), all guests can enjoy a free drink with any food purchase all day at the Rockefeller Center location.
Under 30 Rock is a curated collection of day-to-night restaurants, bars, takeaway counters, and shops under 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Located on Rockefeller Center’s Rink Level, just steps from the iconic skating rink and accessible via the Rockefeller Center subway stop and elevators on the north and south side of the main plaza, Under 30 Rock is a microcosm of New York City’s vibrant and diverse dining options.
