Premier Care signs 56,500 s/f
lease at BEB’s 100 Marcus Blvd.

Hauppauge, NY BEB Capital (BEB) said that Premier Care Industries has signed a 56,500 s/f lease at 100 Marcus Blvd. The property will be used as one of Premier Care’s logistics warehouse.

“We’re excited to welcome Premier Care Industries into the BEB Capital portfolio and look forward to a long-term relationship,” said Dan Penaro, BEB Capital asset manager.

Jones Lang LaSalle represented both BEB Capital and Premier Care Industries in the transaction.

BEB Capital has decades of hands-on real estate management and investment experience, particularly involving industrial assets in the region. The firm’s institutional-grade operation and entrepreneurial spirit has allowed the firm to create value by completing several million square feet of value-add acquisitions, redevelopments and long-term investments.
