Posner of NYCRS represents tenant in 1,325 s/f lease

New York Commercial Real Estate Services LLC (NYCRS) has brokered a five-year 1,325 s/f lease at 330 West 58th St., Suite 610. Betty Posner of NYCRS represented the tenant, Dr. Dana Cohen, an internist in integrative medicine. Brett Obletz of Goldfarb Properties represented the owner, Park Towers South Company, LLC.
