Project of the Month: TAYLOR partners with NH Architecture in 316,000 s/f warehouse/office for C&M Forwarding

Chili, NY TAYLOR, a leading regional commercial general contractor, was awarded the contract for new construction of C&M Forwarding. TAYLOR is partnering with NH Architecture on the design and construction of the 316,000 s/f warehouse and office building at 3457 Union St. Construction work is underway, with a project completion date slated for August, 2019.

 

 

“We are proud to continue our 25 year relationship with C&M Forwarding Co., and to once again collaborate on another project with them,” said TAYLOR president, Karl Schuler. “TAYLOR continues to demonstrate its expertise in industrial construction, having completed such projects across the country, and are pleased to do so once again for the premier provider of warehousing and transportation services.”

Construction of the 316,000 s/f industrial building is the first of three total phases, with the overall approved development featuring three buildings, totaling 900,000 s/f on 78 acres. The new state-of-the-art warehouse and office building will feature 300,000 s/f of clear-span warehouse space, 12,000 s/f of two-story corporate offices, 4,000 s/f of two-story warehouse offices, 70 loading docks, associated parking and additional infrastructure in a shovel-ready industrial park.
